You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Service Level

We strive to answer calls within 3 rings and provide accurate message capture. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for missed calls due to technical issues beyond our control.

6. Call Recordings

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By using our service, you consent to call recording and agree to inform your callers as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Juliie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
